THE BRIEF

Our customer's usual bracket supplier fell short on stock mid-production run. They needed 16 mounting brackets to an exact profile, fast enough to keep their line moving.

WHAT WE DID

We laser cut the bracket from 3mm mild steel for a clean, accurate profile, then formed it on the press brake to produce the finished part. Laser cutting kept the tolerance tight enough to match the existing part exactly, so it dropped straight into the customer's assembly with no rework.

THE RESULT

All 16 parts were cut, formed and delivered the next working day — the stock shortage covered with no line stoppage.
