THE BRIEF

A repeat batch order — 300 light mount brackets for a customer who fits them to trailers on their vehicle assembly line. Because these parts feed straight into a moving assembly process, every bracket in the batch needed to come out identical.

WHAT WE DID

We laser cut the flat bracket profile from 3mm pre-galvanised DX51D sheet, then formed each one on a CNC press brake to a consistent fold. Laser cutting held the dimensions steady across all 300 units, and the pre-galvanised finish meant no extra coating step before the brackets went straight onto the customer's line.

THE RESULT

All 300 brackets delivered to spec inside the 10+ day turnaround, ready to fit with no adjustment — keeping the customer's line stocked for their next run.
